1. The Old Mill Restaurant

The Old Mill in Pigeon Forge

When it comes to the best breakfast in Pigeon Forge with the family, The Old Mill Restaurant gives you a fantastic, old-fashioned meal. This historic gristmill was a vital part of 19th century life, but now it serves many hungry guests who rave about their early morning dishes. It can certainly be described as hearty, with many comfort foods like their fluffy biscuits, made-to-order eggs, and pancakes. Most of the ingredients used to prepare them are even made right next door at The Old Mill itself. Overall, this is one tasty experience that’ll leave you full and very satisfied!

2. Mama’s Farmhouse

Mama’s Farmhouse is another great option for breakfast in Pigeon Forge that you’ll want to check out during your visit. They are known as “The Best Southern Country Cookin’ in The Smokies,” and have award-winning biscuits to validate that motto! They have a family-style breakfast where you choose what you want, and they will bring out as much of it as your family can eat. It’s almost like a buffet with its set prices, but the difference is they will happily bring it right to your table. Their Pinwheels and Hash Brown Casserole are 2 more breakfast items you won’t want to ignore with their high quality Southern deliciousness. Don’t forget to enjoy some of their famous Chocolate Gravy with the biscuits!

They have 6 locations here in the Smoky Mountains, but the closest one to our condos is near The Island in Pigeon Forge. One thing you can count on here is the amount of restaurants that make their menu items from scratch, and Flapjack’s does a great job of this every morning. From big egg platters and skillets to kid-friendly bear pancakes, they sure know how to give every family a great start to their day!

4. Sawyer’s Farmhouse Restaurant

Sawyer’s Farmhouse Restaurant is another one of our favorite breakfast restaurants in Pigeon Forge! Since 2014, they’ve made quite an impression on the locals and out-of-towners alike. Widely considered one of the best breakfast restaurants in Pigeon Forge, they have a pretty good selection of delicious Southern dishes. Their breakfast platters are a hit for those with big appetites, and the crepes are a sweet alternative to their fluffy, melt-in-your mouth pancakes.
